Scheduled Maintenance
The following services are representative of required maintenance for your vehicle. Your actual plan will be based on your vehicle’s maintenance needs as indicated in your Owner’s Scheduled Maintenance Guide:
- Change engine oil and replace oil filter
- Inspect and rotate tires
- Inspect brake pads/ shoes/ rotors/ drums, brake lines and parking brake system
- Inspect wheel ends for end play and noise
- Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, ball joints, suspension and, if equipped, halfshafts, driveshafts and u-joints
- Change transmission fluid
- Replace fuel filter
- Replace engine air filter
- Change engine coolant
- Replace PCV valve
- If equipped, change transfer case fluid, inspect and lubricate 4x4 front axle shaft u-joints, lubricate 4x4 front hub needle bearings, lubricate 4x2 front wheel bearings, replace grease seals and adjust bearings, fill diesel exhaust fluid.

TireCARE
Ford Protect TireCARE is a smart investment to protect your tires and wheels from the everyday hazards of the road.
- Covers all costs associated with the repair or replacement of a tire or wheel due to a road hazard, such as:
- Glass or metal in the road
- Potholes, debris, nails, blowouts, etc.
- Repairs or replaces flat tires due to a road hazard
- Replaces wheels damaged due to a road hazard (excludes cosmetic damage)
- Taxes, labor costs, mounting and disposal, balancing fees and valve stems are covered
- Provides towing to the nearest Ford or Lincoln dealership or tire repair facility, up to $100 reimbursement
- Owner will be reimbursed 100% of the cost of a new tire, including mounting, balancing, new valve stem, tire disposal and sales tax as shown on the sales invoice
